- Resume Content: All content you write for your resumes (such as contact info, job experience, and education history) is stored either locally on your device or in your private database.
- Device Identifiers: We access the Google Advertising ID (AD_ID) to support frequency capping and to display ads inside the application.
- Crash Reports and Diagnostics: We collect anonymous crash trace data to identify bugs and maintain app stability.
ResumeMint does not sell your personal data or resume content to third parties under any circumstances.
3. Third-Party Services We Use
We work with trusted third-party services that process data to support core app functionality, complying with their respective privacy standards:
- Google Play Services: Core application services on Android devices.
- Google AdMob: For displaying rewarded and interstitial advertisements.
- Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Analytics & Crashlytics): For user authentication, cloud syncing, crash tracking, and basic usage analytics.
- RevenueCat: For managing premium in-app purchases and subscription entitlements.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
You retain full control over your data. Since your resume content is stored inside your account, you can update or delete your resumes directly inside the app at any time. If you wish to delete your account entirely, you can perform this action inside the App Settings, which will permanently delete your database records.
5. Children's Privacy
ResumeMint is a tool intended for job seekers and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately from our databases.
